Pobalscoil’s Leaving Cert. Class given a substantial “treat”
Given that Leaving Cert. year can be quite a stressful one & put a Pandemic into the mix, then students’ wellbeing can be quite challenged.
In mid -November, Ms. Casey, Deputy Principal to Leaving Cert. year, came up with the idea of organising something as a boost for them. Mr. Kieran Quinn, Manager of Youghal Credit Union, very generously agreed to fund such an idea. And so, on Friday last, December 11th, it all came to fruition when “Real Fry Guys” supplied the entire class of 150 students with a choice of hand-cooked full pizzas & a drink.
